The Ultimate Burn Machine includes all of the desired features of the Universal Burn Machine and adds the fitted crescent weights designed to be used exclusively on The Burn Machine System.

The Speed Bag is the go anywhere portable model for the "on the go" workout. The fully chromed Speed Bag Burn Machine® works great when used sitting or standing and can be very helpful as a physical therapy aid.
When you pick up the Speed Bag version of the Burn Machine, the first and most obvious workout should be that of mimicking boxing moves. One can grip the machine in a similar motion to a boxer punching a punching bag or a rehab patient doing an upper body workout "pedaling the bicycle." Once you grip the machine, the motion continues straight out in front, up and down or side to side. The body is anchored by the abdominal muscles, which must contract to perform the motion. If the motion is continued for at least sixty seconds, it is considered an aerobic workout. You can walk, march or perform mobile lunges while circulation the Burn Machine at any desired height or angle.
The Intermediate Speed Bag
The Intermediate Speed Bag is perfect for enhancing cardio-aerobic conditioning and toning muscles. This is the smallest "go-anywhere" model for a workout on the go. It works perfect while sitting or standing. It can also accommodate the specific needs of individuals in physical rehabilitation programs and in wheelchairs.
This model is a perfect machine for the beginner, or as a starting point in any physical therapy rehabilitation program.The Intermediate Speed Bag is 8 lbs. in weight. This may not sound like a lot of weight, but it offers a workout that packs a punch! It is not the weight so much that offers the workout, but it is the mechanics of the workout.
This light-weight Speed Bag is perfect for women, teens, baby-boomers or anyone starting out an upper body regime. Burn Machine, which is excellent to switch to when lighter training is needed.
The Burn Machine Cross Trainer
The Cross Trainer Burn Machine is perfect for the person who wants a lighter training regimen without additional weights. This model is the first in the line of Burn Machines that offers the patented "Asymmetrical Burn Counterweight" for an ultimate burn.
Runners and other endurance athletes must have some strength in their upper body, but keep their overall bulk muscle to a minimum. This creates good form and posture. The patented "Asymmetrical Burn Counterweight" serves to balance the hard to reach core muscles which attribute to good posture. Its simplicity can eliminate the time consuming exercises for basic core strength while offering a safe, effective workout for the beginner.

The Professional Cross Trainer
The Professional Cross Trainer model has many of the same positive attributes as the 12 lb. model, but at 20 lbs., offers much more of a challenge. This model would not be used until later in a rehabilitation program because the increased weight would not encourage early healing. The Professional Cross Trainer is for the experienced weight trainer who wishes to add the variation of the unique core training offered by the patented "Asymmetrical Burn Counterweight."



The Intermediate Cross Trainer is the first in our line of Burn Machines that offers the patented "Asymmetrical Burn Counterweight." At a mere 12 lbs, this model is designed for the person who wishes to begin a light-weight training program, or for someone returning to a sport after an injury of the shoulder or elbow.
For rehabilitation, 12 lbs distributed across two shoulders yields a light-weight exercise that is safe enough to do when your doctor decides it is time to incorporate weight training. If the weight seems too much at first on the injured side, the counterweight can be shifted away from the injured side, and exercise can continue with less resistance. As the injury heals, the counterweight can be shifted gradually towards the center at a comfortable tolerance. Any individual intimidated by the "idea" of weight lifting can have their fears easily quelled with the use of the 12 lb. model. You will truely love this safe and effective way of exercising without putting on bulky muscle.
